Grayshott Health Spa’s Tennis Academy is situated in the beautiful grounds of our 18th-century manor house. We have both indoor and outdoor tennis facilities, enabling you to enjoy the game all year round.

The Tennis Academy
The Tennis Academy, managed by our resident tennis professional, runs specialist coaching clinics, tennis tournaments, box leagues, in-house competitions and exhibition matches.
Coaching at Grayshott Health Spa is available for all standards of players, from complete beginners to advanced. For a guide to your standard of play please visit our tennis section.
A selection of tennis programmes and lesson packages is also available. Technique-based lessons are accompanied by practical sessions to improve match play. At the end of the programme you will receive an evaluation report, which will help you improve your game.
Tennis Academy Membership
This includes complimentary on court tennis assessment and a members priority booking service. Rates are as follows:

Standards Guide
Beginner: Limited Tennis Experience
Improver: Starting to understand the concepts of the game
Low Intermediate: Can serve, return serve and rally at a medium pace
Intermediate: Copes well at a medium pace with all aspects of their game
High Intermediate: Copes with a higher pace in most areas of their game
Club: Copes with high pace and heavy spin in most areas of their game
Advanced: Experienced competition player
Tour: Played competitive tennis to a high standard
