House & Grounds
Grayshott Health Spa is a historic country house, refurbished to create a relaxing and calming ambience. There are 59 bedrooms and 36 treatment rooms.
The reception rooms are furnished in an elegant and contemporary design, with views across the 47 acres of gardens and grounds. Arriving at Grayshott Health Spa, you are enveloped in a peaceful, warm atmosphere, where the care and professionalism of our friendly staff is renowned.
The House
Grayshott Health Spa nestles in a corner of rural England, just one hour from London. The house was once the country home of celebrated Victorian Poet Laureate, Lord Alfred Tennyson.
In the early 1900’s ownership changed several times. In 1965 the house was converted into a Health & Fitness retreat. In 2005 Grayshott Health Spa saw an extensive refurbishment programme undertaken before being jointly acquired by Lanserhof Group and London and Regional Properties (“L+R”) in 2017.

& Grounds
Grayshott Health Spa is situated in a tranquil setting, with 47 acres of gardens and grounds, adjoining 700 acres of National Trust land.
Guests can enjoy morning and afternoon walks led by our fitness team through the grounds and National Trust land, or relax on a lounger overlooking the lake or the orchard.
The quiet rural location enables guests to unwind from the stresses and strains of modern life.
Location
Located south of Guildford, Grayshott Health Spa is just one and a half miles from the village of Grayshott.
It is one hour from London, Heathrow or Gatwick, via the A3, or by train from London Waterloo to Haslemere station.
Please Note: In order to preserve a healthy, serene and private environment for our guests, please be advised that Grayshott Spa is a completely smoke free environment – house and grounds included; this also includes electronic cigarettes. All electronic devices are also banned in the public areas (with the exception of reading devices that do not have cameras and remain on silent). Devices may be used in Bubbles Bar on silent. Use of camera enabled devices such as smart phones in treatment and spa areas is strictly forbidden as people are in varying states of undress.
